Training is provided to staff at all levels to up keep eACT s' commitment of excellent service quality, to its customers and clients. Contracts with customers will offer a great deal of flexibility to the customers of eACT, so as to cater to their needs as best as possible. In tune with the mission of eACT, these are elements by which eACT expects to become the "most preferred provider of software development services".
eACT has structured its service modes in the following flexible /different ways based on the different types of contracts, to make it convenient for the customer to choose from.
- Deputing staff to a client on-site (at the client's preferred site).
- Executing project contracts or turnkey assignments on-site, off-site or a combination of these.
- Provide consulting services to clients and carrying out parts of development work on-site and part off-site.
- Any other means agreeable to eACT and the client.
